Getting In, By, and Out
The area is large and saturated, but hold fast—we will guide you through.
Arriving to Baytowne
This is how you do it.

If you’re planning to fly to the Emerald Coast, we suggest Destin-Fort Walton Beach Airport (VPS), located in Fort Walton, about forty minutes west of the townhouse at the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort. For taxi service, we recommend Uber or Lyft. However, we also suggest considering a car rental, as many enjoyable vacation activities require driving to reach them. Check our area guide for some ideas!
The townhouse address is 9201 Market Street Inn, Miramar Beach, Florida 32550. Your unit is 164. Check-in time is after 3:00 PM.
Once you arrive at the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort, enter through the bay-side gate, which, when traveling east on Highway 98, requires a left-hand turn off the road. Stay to the left at the entrance, taking the ‘visitor’ lane, and pull up to the guard gate. Inform Sandestin Security of the townhouse’s address and your last day of stay. They’ll provide a slip to place on your dashboard, granting access to the resort throughout your stay. Once through the guard gate, turn left at the circle onto Baytowne Avenue. Drive along Baytowne Avenue for about three-quarters of a mile until you reach Baytowne, which will be on your left.
Enter the public parking garage through the left entrance and park in an available spot. There’s a gated area in the center of the garage where you can park if you prefer, but you’ll need a fob from the townhouse to operate the gate. Exit the garage on foot through the west exit, turn right onto Market Street, and pass the main gates to the Le Jardin community. Reach the next community gate and open it using the code provided in your welcome communication (this code works for all community gates). Unit 164 is the second on your left. Pass through the unlocked porch door and use the other code we sent you to enter the townhouse.
Pick up the fob from the small table next to the door, return to the garage, open the gate, and park in any available spot. Look around the garage for luggage carts to save yourself effort when transporting your luggage into the townhouse.
Navigating the Area
It can be a bit confusing at first, but we’ve got you covered.

Getting to the Beach

The ocean beach is about a 40-minute walk or a 5-minute drive from the unit. The large parking lot adjacent to the beach entrance always has plenty of space. Alternatively, you can take the Sandestin Tram, which stops next to the entrance of Baytowne Village’s public parking garage. Please pick up a tram pass card from the small table by the entry door and show it to the driver when boarding the tram.
Another small Gulf-facing beach is within walking distance of the unit. You can reach it quickly via a boardwalk that spans the picturesque, marshy shoreline and begins in Baytowne Village.

Sandestin Tram Service
Explore Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort the fast, easy, and fun way with tram service complimentary for our guests! Leave your car behind and let the tram whisk you to nearly any destination on the resort, from the beach to the bay and beyond, including the Village of Baytowne Wharf, tennis courts, golf courses, Sandestin Spa and Fitness Center, and more. Operating on two continuous loops, the tram departs each stop approximately every 30 minutes.
The tram stop in Baytowne Village is located next to the public parking garage entrance. Please remember to pick up a tram pass from the small table by the entry door and present it to the driver when boarding.
Schedule

Sad to See You Go
Unfortunately, retreats don’t last forever…
The only good thing about leaving is that it’s very straightforward. Just note our check-out time, which is before 10:00 AM, and please leave the garage fob, amenity terrace bracelets, and the tram pass on the small desk where you found them upon arrival. If you accidentally take the fob with you, we’ll need to charge you $50 to replace it. Ensure that the handles of both large porch doors are locked and cannot be opened from the outside, do a final check for any items you might have left behind, lock the entry door, and have a safe trip home.
Thank you very much for allowing us to accommodate you!
